what do rabbits have for afternoon tea?

carrot cake, of course!

Here's my recipe:

2 large carrots, grated
225g self-raising flour
2 tsp baking powder

dash of nutmeg
dash of ginger
zest of half an orange, grated
150g raisins
150g butter
100g soft brown sugar
1 egg

Mix the grated carrot, flour, baking powder, spices, zest and raisins in a large bowl. Melt the butter and sugar over a low heat, then add to the carrot mix. Beat the egg thoroughly, then add to the cake mix and stir well. Pour into a greased and lined baking tin, and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Leave in the tin for 10 minutes. Serve warm with a cup of tea.

I love tilda!

I can't get enough of designs, I just made my first pear...

I can't wait to get started on a snail this weekend, from the 'Crafting Tilda's Friends' book.

Ultimate bliss will be achieved when I've made myself a goose in dungarees, from 'Crafting Springtime Gifts'.

I hope mine turns out just like the very talented CountryKitty's
